Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that our customers have asked

1) Are your tubes Fire Safe or not?
       Answer: No they are not fire safe. The FDA has not put any regulation on RYO tubes yet.
       We will not sell fire safe tubes unless forced to. We will tell you if that ever happens.

2)What does Full Flavor and Light mean?
        Answer: The difference between the two types is the amount of small holes in the tube.
        The more holes there are in the tube, the more air will get in while drawing on the cigarette.
        The more air you draw in, the lighter the cigarette will taste. So a Full Flavor tube has less holes than a Light tube.

3)What is the difference between a King Size and 100mm Cigarette tube?
       Answer: The length of the filter. A king size tube has a filter that is 15mm long.
       A 100mm tube has a filter length of 25mm.

4) What is a Menthol Tube?
       Answer: A menthol tube has some menthol oil in the filter, giving your cigarette a higher menthol taste.

5) What brand of tubes should I use?
       Answer: Whichever one works best for you. Everyone has their own preference on tubes.
       The best way to know is to try them all out. You will find the tubes that are right for you.
